Handling Time

Available Items will be shipped out on Monday/Tuesday every week. Orders processing time will range between 5-7 working days, unless stated otherwise. 

We aim to get all your orders out on time. However, in case of conventions, events, or holidays, we will announce on our shop banner in our main page regarding longer processing times. Ranging from 7-12 working days.


Estimated Shipping Times

All items are shipped from Singapore

  • Local: 3 - 5 business days after shipment
  • International: 2 - 4 weeks after shipment 

*Due to Covid-19, packages are expected to be delayed and estimated delivery time is increased to 2-8 weeks. 

Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Some packages can take longer than expected due to factors that are not in our control such as customs delays or high delivery load due to festive/public holidays. Our store will not be held liable for shipping delays due to the factors mentioned. Do understand that upon making a purchase, you are accepting of any mishaps and risks that may occur during shipping.


Shipping Methods

Our store uses mainly Singapore Post, Qexpress and Ninjavan for our orders depending on the weight & destination.

Local (Singapore) customers: Standard Mailing does not comes with tracking for affordable shipping rates. Any risks involved in missing packages will be bore by the customer. Do select Tracking Mailing during checkout to ensure traceable packages.

Overseas Customers: All packages are fulfilled with Tracking mail, this is to ensure traceable packages. You may track your orders via SingpostAlso do note that International customers are also fully responsible for any taxes or customs fees associated with receiving their order.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

All items sold are non-refundable nor do we accept returns and exchanges. 

We only accept refunds and/or exchanges unless your order is damaged in transit or incorrect upon arrival. Refund and exchange policy have to be make within 21 days upon receiving of items. Any exchange and refund after the mentioned time frame will be be accepted.

Do send us an email with image proof at info@noxiera.com if your items were wrong/damaged/missing and we will get back to you in 1-3 working days. Refunds will only be given depending on the reviews of the products through image proof.. 

In any case, reasons such as damaged and missing items, refunds will be make to you excluding shipping fees. If you would prefer a resend, it will be sent to you free of charge.

For wrong items, customers must ship the items back within 7 working days after confirmation via email. Customer will also be responsible for paying the required shipping cost. An exchange will be made upon receiving the item.

Package returned to us

We won't be held responsible to cover any redeliver fee if:

  1. Recipient is not contactable during delivery resulting in a failed delivery and a return of package to our store. 
  2. Package was not collected at Post Office.
  3. Unpaid Customs.
  4. Shipping address provided is inaccurate.

You may reach out to us to have your order reshipped after payment of shipping fee OR you may choose to get your items refunded minus the shipping fee. 

*For reshipping of items or refund items due to missing parcels,  all claims will have to be made within 120 days or less. Any claims made after will not be entertained.
